How do I find out if you have received all of my documents?
To check on the status of your documents, visit our application at any time, login with your ID and PIN and click on REVIEW APPLICATION.
What if I have questions about the status of my documents?
Once you have checked on the status of your documents on the web and you have questions, please direct your questions to the Allied Health Sciences Admissions Evaluator in the Registrar's Office at (806) 743-2300.
I was wanting to know more specific information about the School of Allied Health Sciences programs like pre-requisites, who do I ask?

I am having trouble opening/viewing the PDF forms on the application, what are my options?
Generally, this problem is caused by the cache filling up in Internet Explorer, please follow the instruction below to correct this problem.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Tools - Internet Options
- Under the General tab select cookies
- Once that is done, select delete files (Also check the box delete all offline content when it asks you).

I attended a college or university outside of the United States, what do I need to do with my transcripts?
Do not send international transcripts to Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Transcripts from schools outside the United States must be evaluated by a Foreign Credential Service. The Foreign Credential Service information is in Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine, you can download it for free from Adobe.
